18 October, Winter Health Workshop, Ashwellthorpe

Learn how to use hedgerow, wayside and kitchen herbs to stay healthy through the winter. We will discuss how to keep well during the cold dark months, and to treat vitamin D deficiency, Seasonal Affective Disorder and winter viral infections among others.
